Headlamp guard for RD07A Africa queen is a product of 3D printing technology of an industrial level.
This product is the reasult of a long term enineering and prototype testing.
Shape of the headlamp guard copies lines of the mask. It does not extend too much to the space.
Main goal was fianlly to create headlamp guard which fits perfectly on the front fairing and looks like it was created by Honda back in the time.
Mechanical properties are way better compared to FDM printed products, very close to injected parts. Guard is impact resistant, very flexible and rigid.
Products was inspired by an original Honda XRV650 RD03 headlamp guard with little slots for lights.
Works well also with LED Lights modification.
No Tools needed for assembly !
Instruction manual is the same for the BUBBLE and the SLIM design.
