Headlamp guard for : Honda XRV 750 Africa Twin RD07 ´93 -´95
Headlamp guard for RD07 is a product of 3D printing technology of an industrial level.
This product is the reasult of a long term enineering and prototype testing.
Shape of the headlamp guard copies lines of the mask fully. It has hole for mounting bolts.
"Ears" of the headlamp guard cover normally empty space.
2 mounting bolts are part of the delivery.
Main goal was fianlly to create headlamp guard which fits perfectly on the front fairing and looks like it was created by Honda back in the time.
Mechanical properties are way better compared to FDM printed products, very close to injected parts. Guard is impact resistant, very flexible and rigid.
Products was inspired by an original Honda XRV650 RD03 headlamp guard with little slots for lights.
