Headlamp guard for RD03 -squere headlamp is a product of 3D printing technology of an industrial level.
This product is the reasult of a long term enineering and prototype testing.
Shape of the headlamp guard copies lines of the mask.
Mechanical properties are way better compared to FDM printed products, very close to injected parts. Guard is impact resistant, very flexible and rigid.
Products was inspired by an original Honda XRV650 RD03 headlamp guard.
No extra tools are needed for installation.
2 installation bolts are supplied with the guard.
